Parking in the underground garage: 4,00 € per day

Persons aged 14 years and over will from 1.1.2014 have to pay a local tax of  1,70€ per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay.

The prices include: bed and breakfast per person and day,W-LAN, entry in the private beach and free using of deckchairs and sunshades. On feast days we calculate the prices of the main season.

Arrival and departure

Holiday flats and rooms are ready after 11am on arrival day. On departure day we ask you to vacate the flat or room by 10am.

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection  law  (d.lgs.  206/2005)  –  yet  we  allow  you  to  withdrawn  from  the  contract  under  the following conditions:
